By purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before completing your purchase.

1. General

These terms apply to all purchases made through the online store at www.tjosaasengineeringservice.no.

The seller is Tjosås Engineering Service (Org. No. 931 557 874), hereinafter referred to as "we/us".

The customer is the individual who places the order.

2. Orders and Agreement

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email after we have reviewed your order. A binding agreement is considered concluded once you have received the confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of obvious errors, such as pricing errors or out-of-stock items. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order or if required information is missing.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in NOK and include VAT. The total cost is displayed before the order is confirmed.

Payment is made through our secure payment solutions:

• Cash (Vipps) upon physical delivery or pickup

• Credit/debit card via Stripe

• Credit via Klarna

4. Delivery and Shipping

Estimated delivery time is 1–5 business days after payment has been received, depending on whether the product is in stock or needs to be manufactured.

In some cases, delivery times may be longer if raw materials are unavailable and must be ordered from the supplier. If so, we will contact you and provide updated information.

Delivery is carried out using a carrier selected by us.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address..

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. The right of withdrawal applies only to unused products in their original packaging.

Returns must be agreed upon in advance by email: post@tjosaasengineeringservice.no

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

6. Complaints and Warranty

If the product is defective, you may submit a complaint in accordance with the Norwegian Consumer Purchases Act. Complaints must be submitted to us in writing as soon as possible after the defect is discovered.

If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and either send a replacement product or refund the purchase amount.

7. Privacy and Security

We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). The information is used solely to complete the purchase and deliver the product.

We do not share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary for payment processing and delivery.

8. Disputes and Governing Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved amicably.

If an amicable solution cannot be reached, the matter may be brought before the Norwegian Consumer Council or ordinary court proceedings in Norway.
